    You can simply purchase a new top-up pack and you will be good to go.
  • ► Can I connect Therios Voice with my CRM?
    Yes, we will help you with your CRM integration as well as any specific workflows you require in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • ► How do you handle AI disclosure?
    We advocate for ethical AI utilization. Our clients can choose to initiate each conversation with a notification that they are interacting with an AI, promoting transparency.
  • ► Is using this AI for unauthorized calls considered illegal?
    While Therios Group cannot provide legal advice, we recommend consulting with a legal professional to understand the specific rules and regulations applicable to using services such as Therios Voice in your country. However, it is treated as a robocall. The Therios Voice Terms of Service require our users to confirm that they have obtained explicit written permission from all contacts they import for outreach via artificial and pre-recorded voice calls. They also agree to comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines under the TCPA, TSR, and other applicable laws in their communications with these contacts . Please consult your own legal team before using Therios Voice if you have any questions.
  • ► Can the agents transfer calls to real humans?
    Yes, our AI agents can transfer calls to real humans as well as transfer calls to other AI team members.
  • ► Can my agent receive incoming calls?
    Yes 100%. The ability to receive inbound calls as well as making outbound calls makes this a super powerful tool for any business.
  • ► Can the voice assistant act post-call?
    Yes, after-call actions are possible. For example, you can configure your Al voice assistant to send links to your users to schedule a follow-up call.
  • ► Can the AI agent send an SMS to the client?
    Yes, the Therios Voice agent will automatically send follow-up SMS post-call to engage and convert your leads effectively.
  • ► Can I train my agent?
    Absolutely! You can go to your call logs where you will find transcripts and recordings of all calls. You will see an option where you can rate your agent in order to train it to perfection.
  • ► Can the agents work together in a team?
    Absolutely! Therios Voice enables us to personalize your team of agents by letting them transfer calls to particular agents designed for specific tasks. This means your agents can work together seamlessly, directing calls to the right agent for the job.
  • ► How will my agents know anything about my company?
    You can upload specific information onto a knowledge base, so your agents will have all the knowledge you want them to have. Once they're trained on this data, they'll become experts in that information.
  • ► Can I update or edit my voice assistants?
    Yes most certainly, you will have a user interface which you can log into in order to edit, improve and rate your assistants' performance and much more.
  • ► Can I import my own voice?
    With Therios Voice, you can now add your own custom voice in under 5 minutes by simply uploading a few recordings of the specific voice you want to clone.
  • ► Can I add my own phone numbers?
    Yes, our base subscription will give you 100 AI agents and 10 unique local phone numbers. From there we can also add additional phone numbers as needed.
  • ► Will we be able to record our calls?
    Yes, you will have the ability to record all calls. You will also be able to download all call recordings with full call transcripts from our user interface.
